    Hi,

    Our 911 service provider will update its infrastructure and asked us to make configuration changes before October 23rd 2023. In order to perform the migration, UBIK will need to restart services where your IP phones are registered (SIP proxy). You will therefore be unable to make outgoing calls or receive calls on your IP phones. Voicemail and call forwarding will remain functional.

    The service outage should last just 1 minute, but if the integration tests are inconclusive, we will have to revert to the old configuration. So we have provided a 30 minute window where your phones may be inaccessible.

    We have not observed any problems since the last intervention. We therefore consider the issue resolved.

    Our partner informs us that they have identified the source of the problem and are working on a resolution.

    We still don't have a resolution time yet, but we're confident the issue will be resolved shortly.

    Our main line provider is aware of the issue and is investigating on their end.

    We have deployed a backup solution, but the capacity may not be sufficient to support the current call volume. A request has been sent to increase it.
