We have not observed any problems since the last intervention. We therefore consider the issue resolved.

The problem has been fixed by our provider and we are seeing a return to normal outgoing call services.

Our partner informs us that they have identified the source of the problem and are working on a resolution.

We still don't have a resolution time yet, but we're confident the issue will be resolved shortly.

Our main line provider is aware of the issue and is investigating on their end.

We have deployed a backup solution, but the capacity may not be sufficient to support the current call volume. A request has been sent to increase it.

We'll let you know as soon as we have more details.
