    Our partner informs us that they have identified the source of the problem and are working on a resolution.

    We still don't have a resolution time yet, but we're confident the issue will be resolved shortly.

    Our main line provider is aware of the issue and is investigating on their end.

    We have deployed a backup solution, but the capacity may not be sufficient to support the current call volume. A request has been sent to increase it.
